What does the gluing and milling department do?

Your job is to glue veneer sheets to MDF/plywood sheets and cleanly mill or saw these sheets. Using modern machines, the sheets are processed, where the top/bottom layer is applied and passed further through the machine. These sheets are then milled or cut cleanly, also fully automatic.  

• You are responsible for ensuring quality by setting up the machines correctly.
•  You keep the department in order and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• You make sure supplies are in stock and record/process orders by scanning in our ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Slicing/milling/cutting veneer sheets
• Cleaning of machines
• Minor maintenance of machines
• Production according to schedule

Profile:

• Experience in changeover and operation of woodworking machines
• Knowledge of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
• Proactivity
• Preferred experience in the woodworking industry

• Suitable salary between €2400.- max €2800.- per month depending on education/experience.
