As an Operator on our production finishing line, you will be responsible for ensuring the line runs efficiently and for supervising a small team of 2–3 employees. Your tasks will include:

You will be responsible for:

• Quality control of products on the finishing line
• Cutting and (re)sanding pots when necessary
• Maintaining the production line to keep everything running efficiently
• Improving and adjusting recipes in the HMI system for our production robots
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions, possibly in consultation with our in-house Technical Service
• Supervising a small team of 2–3 employees
• Planning tasks in consultation with the Production Manager

Your goal is to deliver pots of consistent and high quality.

Your profile:

• You have an affinity for production and operator work
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• You can work independently and take responsibility
• Proficiency in English is a plus
• You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift schedule
